My foundation is hospitality - quite literally. I grew up in hotels, raised by a single mom who taught me what excellence, grit, and true service look like.

While other kids played, I sat with staff in the service wings, watching how experience was orchestrated: every detail, every system, every interaction behind the scenes.

That early exposure, along with years as a competitive sailor - taught me a truth I still live by: anything is possible with the right mindset and the right systems.

Since then, I’ve built digital strategy for both legacy brands and fast-growth founders - from global loyalty programs across Latin America, to nuanced personal rebrands, to CRM ecosystems that convert quietly but powerfully.

I believe customer experience is the digital form of hospitality.
